To be included in the solicitation for bid opportunities, please complete the Vendor Information Form, along with a current W-9, and fax to DCSD at 775-782-3162.

The Vendor Information Form will be used to continually update the DCSD Prospective Bidders' List which will be categorized by the type of services offered.

Once a vendor has been added to the Prospective Bidders List, any bid opportunities that may arise will be forwarded to the vendors with appropriate category listings.

Bidding Information

BiddingThe Business Services Department manages all bidding processes for Douglas County School District to ensure compliance with Nevada Revised Statutes concerning Public Agencies and Purchasing.

Business Services utilizes different processes for bidding depending on the need of the project being bid. Those processes include Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), Requests for Proposals (RFP), as well as the issuance of Bid Packages for larger projects such as Public Works Construction Projects.
